The Story of the Love Medal:

The Love Medal was created in 1907 by Alphonse Augis, a jeweler from Lyon. He was inspired by a poem written by Rosemonde Gérard to her husband, the writer Edmond Rostand, to create the Love Medal . Alphonse Augis had the idea of transcribing the two lines: "For, you see, each day I love you more, Today more than yesterday and even less than tomorrow."

Simply send us a request via the contact form, by phone, or WhatsApp. Please note: For any return to be accepted, the jewelry must be new, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documents. No personalized, worn, damaged, or altered items will be accepted for return. Items that have undergone any alterations or personalized modifications (resizing, engraving, etc.) are also non-returnable.

Delivery charges, applied on the day of purchase, remain the financial responsibility of the customer, and are therefore non-refundable.

Refunds are processed no later than 8 days from the date we receive your return.

All our jewelry is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers manufacturing flaws or any other defects related to the creation of the jewelry.
