You received your order, but it's not quite right. No problem, you have 15 days to return it. Simply send us a request via the contact form, by phone, or WhatsApp. Please note: For any return to be accepted, the jewelry must be new, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documents. No personalized, worn, damaged, or altered items will be accepted for return. Items that have undergone any alterations or personalized modifications (resizing, engraving, etc.) are also non-returnable.

Delivery charges, applied on the day of purchase, remain the financial responsibility of the customer, and are therefore non-refundable.

Refunds are processed no later than 8 days from the date we receive your return.

You have the option to pay in installments via Paypal if you are eligible for this type of payment, valid for purchases between €30 and €2000.

All our jewelry is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers manufacturing flaws or any other defects related to the creation of the jewelry. The guarantee does not cover misuse of the jewelry, wear and tear over time, or loss of the jewelry.

If your jewelry has broken, and you need to resize a ring or make any other repair, whether it is under warranty or not, you must contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp so that our customer service can tell you what to do.
