Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and value of the package. To see the rates, confirm your order and then enter your delivery country and postal code : the information will be displayed automatically.

Shipping price starting from €4.99 via Colissimo Tracking.

Due to the significant variation in package weights depending on the items, it is not possible to display all shipping costs in advance. We encourage you to check them directly on the website via the shopping cart.

Preparation and dispatch

• Parcels are shipped Monday to Friday before noon , after receipt of your payment.
• Standard method: Colissimo registered mail (signature, insurance, tracking number).
• For orders under €100 , delivery via Colissimo Tracking is also offered as an option.
• Warning: Colissimo Tracked shipments travel without insurance and at your own risk .

High-value shipments & carriers

• Items worth more than €1000 are sent via Declared Value (secure shipping).
• Some items can be shipped by road transport (DHL, MRW, N-AND); the choice of transport is decided by elsbenvinguts.com .

Delivery times

• Metropolitan France & Principality of Monaco: 48/72 working hours (except for delays by the Post Office).
• European Union, French Overseas Departments and Territories & rest of the world: Colissimo International , average delivery time of 3 to 10 working days (except for delays by La Poste).

Personalized & out-of-stock items

• Items with personalization (engraving, resizing, etc.) may require one or more additional days . You will be notified by email.
• Items made to order (out of stock) are generally delivered between 2 and 4 weeks , delivery time to be confirmed with the manufacturers.

Order tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment number and a tracking link allowing you to track your order.
