Right of withdrawal

The customer has a legal period of 15 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return conditions

Returned products must be new , unused , and in their original condition. Original box perfectly intact .

All returns must be requested in advance by email to contact@elsbenvinguts.com . Els Benvinguts will then issue the corresponding return request and send the confirmation to the customer by email.

The customer must indicate in writing that it is a return of merchandise and include this request inside the package . as well as the CN23 customs declaration outside (if applicable).

The customer will then have to return the package to Els Benvinguts . Personalized items (alterations, engravings, resizing, etc.) cannot be returned.

The customer must keep the proof of posting issued by La Poste. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be issued without this proof.

Product condition

All returned products (including original packaging, accessories, instructions, documentation, etc.) must be returned in perfect condition .

Upon receipt, Els Benvinguts will assess the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. For certain pieces of jewelry, our specialists will verify that the setting, the stone and all the constituent elements of the product conform to the original item, without damage or modification.

No returns will be accepted if the products have been used, damaged or altered by the customer, or if they show signs of mishandling by a third party (other than Els Benvinguts).

In the event of refusal of the return, the product(s) will be returned to the customer at our expense , without compensation or refund possible, except within the framework of legal guarantee rights.

Refunds for returns

Subject to compliance with these conditions, Els Benvinguts will proceed with the refund of returned products within 8 days of their reintegration into stock.

Shipping costs are non-refundable . The amount refunded corresponds to the price of the item (unless Els Benvinguts made an error).
