You received your order, but it's not quite right. No problem, you have 15 days to return it. Simply send us a request via the contact form, by phone, or WhatsApp. Please note: For any return to be accepted, the jewelry must be new, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documents. No personalized, worn, damaged, or altered items will be accepted for return. Items that have undergone any alterations or personalized modifications (resizing, engraving, etc.) are also non-returnable.

Delivery charges, applied on the day of purchase, remain the financial responsibility of the customer, and are therefore non-refundable.

Refunds are processed no later than 8 days from the date we receive your return.

Online payments on our site include: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer. Transactions are secured by Stripe*, which uses 3D Secure technology for secure authentication. Through this technology, you receive a code on your phone to confirm your identity.

All the data you use to complete your order is encrypted; we do not have access to your bank details. You can therefore purchase your jewelry with complete peace of mind.

You have the option to pay in installments via Paypal if you are eligible for this type of payment, valid for purchases between €30 and €2000.

You must log in to access your current order. Your purchases are located in the order history section, where you can track all stages (being prepared, shipped, delivered).

Contact customer service directly if you wish to modify or cancel your order. Our advisors will do their best to modify your order as quickly as possible.

Check your spam/junk mail folder and verify the email address you entered in your customer account. If you still haven't received your order confirmation, please contact us.

All our jewelry is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers manufacturing flaws or any other defects related to the creation of the jewelry. The guarantee does not cover misuse of the jewelry, wear and tear over time, or loss of the jewelry.

If your jewelry has broken, and you need to resize a ring or make any other repair, whether it is under warranty or not, you must contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp so that our customer service can tell you what to do.
